the placing, payment and delivery of orders placed by the Customer.

The products offered for sale on the site www.lantiquaille.com are exclusively dermocosmetic skincare products developed, manufactured and packaged in France by Les Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille.
They are intended for cosmetic use, for external cutaneous application only.A detailed description of each product is available on the site, specifying :

its main features and claimed benefits,
its composition (INCI list),

Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille make every effort to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date, but cannot rule out slight variations in appearance between the online visual and the final product.
Products offered for sale are available while stocks last. In the event of temporary unavailability, the customer will be informed before the order is validated, or immediately after if the product is out of stock between the order and its preparation.

When creating an account, the customer freely chooses whether or not to join the brand's loyalty and sponsorship program called «Le Club de L'Antiquaille» (hereinafter referred to as the «Club»), by checking or unchecking the corresponding box.
Membership is free and can be modified or cancelled at any time from the customer area, in accordance with the Club de L'Antiquaille rules, which can be consulted on this site.
The ordering process comprises several successive stages:
Select and add one or more products to the basket,
Check and validate basket,
Log in to your customer account (if you are an existing customer) or create an account (if you are a new customer),
Verification or entry of personal information, choice of delivery and payment method, use (or not) of loyalty points deducted from the order (only for members of the Club de L'Antiquaille), entry of any promotional code received by email or via a communication from the brand, then final confirmation of the order,

Confirmation of the order and its payment constitute firm and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTS & GCU) and formalize the conclusion of the sales contract.
Once the order and payment have been confirmed, the customer automatically receives an e-mail summarizing: the product(s) purchased, the discount(s) applied, any shipping costs, the payment method used, the total amount including VAT, and the billing and delivery address.
For members of the Club de L'Antiquaille, this e-mail also mentions the loyalty points earned and, where applicable, those used during the order process.
When the customer account is created, a welcome e-mail is also automatically sent to the customer, depending on whether or not she is a Club member, and may include the promotional code associated with the first-time membership or first-time purchase offer.
Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an obvious anomaly (pricing error, suspected fraud, payment incident, incomplete or inconsistent information) or persistent difficulty with a previous order.

Products remain the full and complete property of Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille until full payment has been received from the customer, in accordance with the provisions of article 2367 of the French Civil Code.
However, the risks (loss, deterioration) are transferred to the customer as soon as the parcel is delivered.
Payment in instalments is not yet available on the site. www.lantiquaille.com.
Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille are currently studying the future implementation of this service, in compliance with the strictest security and confidentiality standards.
Any new payment method will be communicated on the site as soon as it comes into force.
Products ordered on the site www.lantiquaille.com sont actuellement livrables exclusivement dans les pays membres de l’Union Européenne (UE).
This temporary restriction is linked to regulatory requirements applicable to cosmetic products exported outside the EU.
Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille aim to extend their delivery zone to other countries in the near future, as soon as the necessary authorizations have been obtained, and will officially announce this development as soon as it becomes effective.
Shipments are made from France using the international Colissimo delivery service, with a tracking number sent by e-mail as soon as the order is dispatched.
The customer can choose either home delivery with signature or collection from a relay point, depending on the options offered when the order is placed.
Orders are prepared within an average of 2 to 4 working days after validation of payment.
The average delivery time is 2 to 6 working days, depending on the destination country and the delivery method chosen.
These lead times are given as an indication and may vary according to peak periods, public holidays or external logistical conditions (strikes, bad weather, etc.).
As soon as the order is dispatched, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail containing the Colissimo tracking number and a link enabling him/her to follow the progress of the parcel in real time until delivery.
Orders are fully tracked until they reach the recipient.
Standard delivery is free for purchases of €50 and over, regardless of the country of delivery within the European Union (EU).
This threshold applies to the total amount of products ordered, before application of any discount, reduction or use of loyalty points.
Below this threshold, a flat-rate contribution to shipping costs is automatically applied to the basket, depending on the geographical zone of the delivery location.
Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille reserve the right to modify the amount of this free delivery threshold at any time, without prior notice, but the applicable threshold remains the one displayed at the time of the order.
The following prices do not include VAT. The applicable VAT is automatically calculated according to the country of delivery at the time of order.

These amounts cover the costs of transport and logistical processing associated with the shipment of the parcel.
They may be revised at any time without prior notice, but remain those displayed when the order is validated.
In the event of an address error, absence at the time of delivery or failure to collect the parcel within the specified time, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille may then offer reshipment (at the customer's expense) or a refund, less the initial shipping costs.
In the event of a damaged or incomplete parcel, the customer is invited to inform customer service immediately upon receipt, by e-mail to : support@sav-lantiquaille.com , to ensure that an appropriate solution is found (exchange, replacement or partial refund as the case may be).
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code (articles L.221-18 et seq.), the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, without having to justify his/her decision or incur any penalties.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unopened and unused, in their original, undamaged packaging (case, bottle, lid, etc.), in order to guarantee their sanitary safety.
Products not complying with these conditions will not be reimbursed, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
The customer must return the products at the latest within 14 days following the communication of his/her decision to withdraw, to the same address:
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error attributable to Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille (defective product, reference or quantity error).
Subject to the conformity of the returned products, Les Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille will refund the total amount of the order (excluding initial shipping costs) within a maximum of 4 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product(s).
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as that used to place the order, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
Depending on the banking institution, an additional, brand-independent technical delay may apply before the refund appears on the customer's account.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent as soon as the refund has been triggered.
In the event of a partial return of an order that has benefited from a promotional offer or advantage code, the value of this discount is recalculated in proportion to the products retained.

Points earned are strictly personal and non-transferable. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or converted into cash.

Each eligible member may sponsor as many people as he or she wishes, without limitation.
Only “confirmed” referrals are taken into account and give rise to benefits.
The sponsorship is considered «confirmed» as soon as the person invited (the godchild) has :

Club members can unsubscribe from the «Le Club de L'Antiquaille» loyalty and sponsorship program at any time, directly from their online customer area, without having to contact customer service.
Unsubscribing immediately deactivates the loyalty points balance, current benefits and access to offers reserved for Club members.
The customer account remains active, however, and the member can rejoin the program at any time from the same customer area.
In the event of a new membership, previously acquired points and benefits are automatically reactivated, within the limit of their initial validity period.
The definitive deletion of the customer account, which entails the deletion of all associated data, including Club membership, points history and accumulated benefits, must be the subject of an explicit request addressed to the customer service department at the following address: support@sav-lantiquaille.com
This withdrawal is irreversible and entails the permanent loss of all benefits, points and acquired rights, with no possibility of reactivation, compensation or indemnification.
Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Club program at any time, subject to informing members by e-mail or via the website www.lantiquaille.com.
Laboratoires de L'Antiquaille may also suspend or cancel membership in the program in the event of misuse, fraud or non-compliance with these terms and conditions or the Club de L'Antiquaille regulations.
In the event of definitive termination of the program, the points accumulated and not used by the date of termination will be automatically cancelled, with no possibility of conversion, exchange or reimbursement.
